TAK(Trusted Application Kit)

TAK is a collection of security functions that every (native) app-developer needs to implement for developing more secure mobile applications, e.g. secure communication, secure storage.

What is TAK(Trusted Application Kit)?

Its security concept is based on a client and server principle, meaning the TAK-Client and the TAK-Server. The TAK-Client is provided to developers / service providers as low-level native library which is in binary format with code obfuscation applied (low-level as compared to high-level programming language like Java). This way reverse engineering is made far more dicult for attackers. In contrast to that Java can be easily reverse-engineered.
